EnglishThe Board of Directors of Lafarge Aggregates & Concrete (Lafarge Agregate si Betoane) SA Bucuresti (RASDAQ:AGEM) has authorized a 70 million RON from Lafarge Ciment (Romania) under a dedicated loan contract. The interest rate is equal to the reference rate of the National Bank of Romania (BNR) valid for the last month of every quarter. The loan will be paid back over one year and is not collateralized. Lafarge Aggregates & Concrete has a share capital of 14,999,725 RON. divided into shares with a face value of 2.5 RON. Lafarge Ciment (Romania) holds 84.63% in the company, whereas SIF Muntenia holds 10.32%.
