EnglishShareholders in textile company Netex will decide February 5th whether to take one or several credit lines from HVB Tiriac within the limit of 2.2 million EUR (7.4 million RON), NewsIn reported. The funds will be used as operating capital. The company was listed on RASDAQ until August 7th, 2006. According to the latest management report, the company is controlled by IMP Romania Industrial with 91.34 percent of the share capital of 4.25 million RON. At the end of 2005, the company reported 12.1 million RON in turnover and 864,742 RON in net profit.
