EnglishShareholders in chemical company Oltchim Ramnicu Valcea will convene on July 5th to make a decizion regarding the sale of five parcels of land, including buildings and installations. The land"s total surface area amounts to 83,040.46 square meters. Shareholders will also discuss a land swap between Oltchim and the Valcea Town Hall, as well as the sale of a building located in Barbatesti. Also, the structure of the company"s Management Board will be modified.
The company is listed on tier 1 of the Bucharest Stock Exchange as of February 18th 1997, under the symbol OLT. Oltchim has a share capital of 354,695,600.1 RON, divided into shares with a face value of 0.1 RON. The majority shareholder is the Authority for State Assets Recovery, with 95.73% in the company.
