EnglishOtter Distribution will open another 11 stores in 2008 and 2009 in Bucharest, Brasov, Constanta, Bacau, Oradea, Braila, Craiova, Cluj and other cities. The average investment is 150,000 EUR per store, according to company representatives quoted by NewsIn.
"All stores will be opened within malls and measure at least 100 meters. We intend to open even more stores, but everything depends on how fast developers commission the malls," Otter representatives said.
In the past few months, Otter opened four stores, in the new wing of Bucharest Mall, in Unirea Shopping Center and two in Felicia Galleries in Iasi. Otter opened their first store in 1999 and currently has 18 stores, 150 employees and a projected turnover of 45 million RON.
