EnglishRaiffeisen Centrobank has revised the target price for shares in BRD - Groupe Societe Generale but maintain the recommendation to buy, according to a recent report. The previously estimated target price was 27.1 RON/share. Although BRD"s results turned out to be similar to those estimated by Raiffeisen Centrobank, the latter decided to revise the target price and, for their estimates, use an increased cost of capital and a stronger emphasis on comparative evaluation with similar banks. Also, Raiffeisen analysts regard BRD"s growth as moderate and below market expectations.
