EnglishShareholders in Vulcan - Bucharest (RASDAQ:VULC) convened 20 June and authorized the management to borrow up to 30 million RON to increase production, as per an announcement sent to RASDAQ. The shareholders also authorized the purchase of land and constructions on the industrial platform Berceni in order to develop and increase production capacity. Another decision was to sell all existing product stocks. The company has a share capital of 70 million RON, divided into 28 million shares with a face value 2.5 RON. Vulcan manufactures steam generators and is 73.24% property of Grupul Energetic Tender. Vulcan is traded on RASDAQ as VULC and has a market value of 67.49 million RON (18.37 million EUR) as per the latest quotation of 2.41 RON logged Monday.
