EnglishThe Ministry of Environment has announced in a press release that the remarks made by former Environment Minister Sulfina Barbu regarding the failure of the Casa Verde (Green House) Programme are entirely groundless as 151 projects have already been submitted in the first phase of the programme. The projects have a total value of approximately 100 million EUR and are currently being reviewed by the evaluation commission. The programme is based on very clear criteria designed to ensure the reduction of public spending by the local authorities by reducing the cost of heating subsidies. Individuals can benefit from the programme through the condominia in which they reside.
