EnglishSpanish company BCN Logistic acquired Regina Maria Residential compound from real estate developer Mundi Art Construct. The value of the transaction amounts to 3.1 million EUR. The transaction was intermediated by real estate agency EuroMetropola.
The apartment building is located in Bucharest, near Regina Maria Boulevard and is currently under construction. The five-storey building will consist of 18 apartments and will be finalized by May next year. The surface area of the apartments will range between 100 and 300 square meters.
Mundi Art Construct has also developed the Swan Lake Village residential complex in Bucharest"s Pantelimon neighbourhood.
