The Ministry of Finance will launch a Eurobonds on the international markets within at most two months, but has not yet determined the size of this issue, the maturity and the price, Bogdan Drăgoi, secretary of state in the Ministry of Finance said yesterday.
"The Ministry intends to access the European Markets, but will only do this when the three aforementioned factors will be properly balanced", the secretary of state said.
For now, the Ministry of Finance announced that the issue of Eurobonds will have an estimated value of 500 million to 1.5 billion Euros, with a 5- to 7- years maturity.
