Intesa San Paolo Bank has pre-leased 9,500 square meters in Brasov Business Park, according to an announcement by CB Richard Ellis Eurisko, who brokered the deal. Developed by Ravensdale Investments, Brasov Business Park is a comprehensive project comprising four Class A office buildings totalling approximately 28,000 square meters, a fully equipped conference centre of 3,600 square meters and 5,600 square metres of commercial space. According to a press release to BURSA, the project is located on Brasov"s main commercial road, next to other major companies such as Carrefour, Metro, Bricostore, Kaufland or Selgros.
