English"Rocredit IFN" has increased its share capital by 86,570 lei, to 21,323,330 lei, by issuing a number of 8,657 shares with a face value of 10 lei/share, according to data published in the Official Gazette.
According to the company"s financial statement for 2010, the net profit of "Rocredit IFN" rose to 1,776,223 lei on December 31st, 2010, up from 1,292,971 lei YOY.
The balance of loans decreased at the end of 2010 by 4,868,920 lei, to 35,640,292 lei, compared to the end of last year. The result comes from the loans assigned to "Rocredit Colect", with a total value of 8,534,449 lei, the balance sheet states.
Out of the total loans, 36.42% are individual loans, whereas 63.58% are corporate loans.
Interest from loan revenues increased to 1,339,747 lei at the end of December 2010, up from 1,089,995 lei at the end of December 2009.
