EnglishSSIF Broker has issued the merger documentation for their forthcoming merger with HTI Valori Mobiliare, Investco and SSIF Transilvania Capital. SSIF Broker will consequently increase share capital by the cumulated value of the three companies, respectively from 54,610,538 RON to 71,503,848 RON. Following the merger, shareholders in the three companies will receive shares in SSIF Broker, which are listed on the Bucharest Stock Exchange. SSIF Broker will issue 81.0837 shares for one Investco share, 1,755.0602 shares for one HTI share and 4.8454 shares for one TCI share.
