EnglishBanca Transilvania has increased their share in Medicredit Leasing IFN to 38.89 percent following the acquisition and subscription of stock in the leasing company specializing in medical equipment. Following a placement handled by BT Investments SRL, Banca Transilvania also owns 51 percent in BT FINOP Leasing IFN SA, a brokerage firm. Banca Transilvania"s stake in Medicredit Leasing IFN SA consists of 13,191 nominal shares with a face value of 1,319,100 RON, which is fully subscribed. The bank alaso has an option to buy at least 50 percent plus 1 share in Medicredit Leasing IFN SA by July 31st, 2007. Banca Transilvania is the main member of Banca Transilvania Group, a provider of integrated financial services including banking, insurance, leasing, realty, consumer financing, factoring and business administration.
