The suspicion that Epstein did not commit suicide, but was murdered

Versiunea în limba română

The suicide of Jeffrey Epstein in August 2019, presented by authorities as the cause of his death, is beginning to fall apart after the publication of documents from the file, according to an analysis published by ZeroHedge, which claims that the suicide version seems increasingly difficult to support, if not impossible to believe. The cited source shows that everything that was initially treated as a quick conclusion - that Epstein would have hanged himself in his cell in the Manhattan Correctional Center - turns, after going through the documents, into a puzzle full of inaccuracies, omissions and coincidences that are difficult to accept even for the most skeptical observers.

The ZeroHedge article appeared in the context in which, in the last month, the theory has been circulating on social networks and the internet that Donald Trump supported Israel in attacking Iran, through his blackmail with certain aspects of the Epstein files, such as the sexual assault of a minor and even hitting her. Representatives of the Trump Administration have stated that the Epstein files have no connection with the US attack on Iran, and Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu said bluntly, the other day, that no one can tell Donald Trump what to do, because the American president only does what he thinks he has to do.

It is certain that the analysis carried out by ZeroHedge amplifies the scandal surrounding the Epstein files, raising an essential question: who served the suicide or murder of Jeffrey Epstein, or rather who is morally guilty of his death?

The cited source mentions that the report of the Inspector General of the Department of Justice officially supports the suicide hypothesis, but contains, paradoxically, an extensive list of disturbing facts. Jeffrey Epstein was initially placed in a cell with a violent inmate, and less than two weeks later he was found semi-conscious, with signs of strangulation. However, he was removed from supervision just a day after the incident, without clarification of the cause. Moreover, the day before Epstein's death, he was left without his cellmate, who was moved elsewhere, although a prison psychologist had explicitly warned that he "needed” a cellmate. Also, on the same day, Epstein was allowed to make an unrecorded phone call, contrary to prison rules.

Added to this is the fact that, on the night of his death, Jeffrey Epstein was left alone for almost eight hours, although the guards were required to check on him at least twice an hour. They not only failed to carry out the checks, but also falsified documents to create the appearance that they had carried them out. The charges against them were later dropped. In parallel, 9 of the 11 surveillance cameras around the cell were not working, and available recordings were lost or compromised, including after an FBI agent deleted data from a hard drive, knowing that this would lead to the permanent loss of said data.

The series of suspicious coincidences continues, shows the analysis published by ZeroHedge, with phone calls missing from the records, video recordings missing, documents destroyed. Just six days after Jeffrey Epstein's death, teams of the prison administration destroyed "huge amounts of documents," according to an FBI memorandum, and the official records from the night of his death completely disappeared. At the same time, the investigation never treated the cell as a possible crime scene, which led to the loss of essential evidence.

Moreover, medical inconsistencies appear that are difficult to ignore. The cited source mentions that medical documents show that Epstein had undergone a radical prostatectomy, meaning that he no longer had a prostate. However, the autopsy report describes a body with a "diffusely enlarged” prostate, an anatomical impossibility. At the same time, a lipoma measuring approximately 6 centimeters, repeatedly documented in the neck area between 2016 and 2018, completely disappears from the autopsy report, with no explanation or sign of surgical intervention.

Added to these contradictions are the findings of independent pathologist Michael Baden, who, according to the cited source, identified three fractures in the neck - two to the thyroid cartilage and one to the hyoid bone - injuries that he considered "more consistent with homicidal strangulation than suicide.” Baden stated that he had never encountered a similar case in the thousands of suicides by hanging analyzed throughout his career.

Suspicions regarding Epstein's suicide are also amplified by the behavior of the authorities. The official statement regarding Epstein's death appears to have been written the day before his death, the cited source claims, and related investigations, including those regarding the destruction of evidence or possible crimes committed by prison staff, have been redirected to powerless criminal investigation structures.

Against the backdrop of these inconsistencies, elements also appear that take the case into even more controversial territory: post-mortem activity on accounts associated with Epstein, including FedEx deliveries made in 2024 and online accounts active after 2019. Although some alternative explanations exist, the accumulation of these details fuels the suspicion that the official story hides more than it reveals.

All of these elements outline an uncomfortable reality: in order to accept the official version of suicide, one must ignore an almost implausible succession of errors, coincidences and anomalies - from faulty cameras and destroyed documents to medical inconsistencies and contradictory statements. In contrast, the hypothesis of a murder or a cover-up operation is beginning to seem, for more and more observers, not a marginal theory, but a plausible explanation.

In conclusion, in light of the above, we reiterate the questions posed in this article: who did Jeffrey Epstein's "suicide” or murder serve? Who is morally guilty of his death?
