EnglishAlthough the first outsourcing contracts in Romania were signed over 10 years ago, the market is still in an incipient phase, but growth prospects are promising, specialists said during the Multisourcing Conference.
At the moment, vehicle fleet outsourcing is the most developed sector of this industry, reaching some 4 billion EUR per year. The IT industry also has a strong outsourcing component, followed by HR. Consultancy companies have identified three types of outsourcing: for efficiency, for improvement and four transformation.
