Our country has taken a new step towards reforming the healthcare system, after the Minister of Health, Alexandru Rogobete, and the Regional Director for Europe of the World Health Organization, Hans Henri P. Kluge, signed the Biennial Collaboration Agreement for the period 2026-2027.

”Eternal pollutants” reach honey: Study warns of risks to bees and food security

A study by Australian researchers shows that perfluorooctane sulfonate (PFOS), a substance in the category of so-called "eternal pollutants', can accumulate in bee colonies and contaminate honey, generating risks to pollinators, food security and, possibly, human health.

UFC prepares historic White House gala: costs of $ 60 million

The mixed martial arts organization UFC will spend about $ 60 million for the unprecedented gala scheduled at the White House on June 14, an event designed to mark 250 years of independence of the United States, according to statements made by the management of the parent company TKO Group Holdings, quoted by the BBC. US President Donald Trump had announced the intention to organize the gala last year, a project later confirmed by the head of UFC, Dana White, and the management of TKO.

The Vice President of AUR, Adrian Axinia, stated that Nicuşor Dan is an illegitimate president of Romania, adding that "the criminal file that arises following the AEP's notification makes him instantly blackmailable, constantly facing the specter of prison after the end of his mandate."

At the end of last week, a press "bombshell" appeared, according to which President Nicuşor Dan would have a criminal case pending before the Prosecutor General's Office regarding the financing of his campaign in the presidential elections of May 2025.
