Este un acord de liber schimb de pe urma căruia Uniunea Europeană ar avea de câştigat. Produsul intern brut al Uniunii Europene va creşte cu până la 80 miliarde euro anual în următorii ani, datorită oportunităţilor pe care exportul fără taxe vamale în America Latina le aduce".
